happened. At the same time, we have 3 professional technicians to solve the customers' problems effectively.

We promise to refund or exchange the machines within 7 days from the date you receive the items,if product are defective.

For any other reason, there will be 20% restocking or admin charges.Returned machines with damaged or missing 

components are not refundable.However, the customers should be responsible for shipping cost under any circumstance.
